MPM is a program approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Govt. of Maharashtra and affiliated to Pune University. MPM is two years full time course consisting of four semesters. 	To provide basic analytical tools required by the managers involved in the personnel function.
	To develop skills in using these tools in an imaginative and problem solving capacity.
