Master in Personnel Management
MPM is a program approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Govt. of Maharashtra and affiliated to Pune University. MPM is two years full time course consisting of four semesters. The Human Resource is considered an important competitive factor in any organized activity. The function of managing personnel has become highly professional in the context of intricacies of the new technology and widening markets. The main objective of the M.P.M Programme are :
To provide basic analytical tools required by the managers involved in the personnel function.
To develop skills in using these tools in an imaginative and problem solving capacity.
To create abilities to make and to carry out decisions affecting labour.
To install the H.R.D approach in managing activities.
